POOL CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
The city of Houston came to inspect our pool Thursday, July 15 and because of COVID there are new rules in place we were not aware of so our pool was not in compliance. We and our pool management company are working on making corrections, of which there are many.
The city's reinspection date is scheduled for August 16. Unless they can come out earlier, we will have to stay closed for the season.
Many pools in the city of Houston have been affected.
We will keep the neighborhood up on the progress.

2021 Homeowners Association Dues

2021 HOA Dues are due by January 1, 2021 but a grace period is in effect without a late fee if postmarked by January 31, 2021.
Dues this year will remain at $260.00.
Late Fees will be assessed in the amount of $40.00 plus a 4% late fee each month if not "Postmarked" by 1/31/21. The late fees will be assessed until paid in full. (This is a Texas Law)
